JOY in Our Life : Which Hat do You Wear that Shouts out JOY?

We are to love God, people and ourselves and to let that love and resulting JOY radiate from us. In my sermon given twice today we spoke of the principle of being careful about whom you listen to. You listen to those who have been where you are and have what you want. Things like peace, patience, love, gentleness, kindness and joy. You need to possess those qualities to such a degree that others will look to you for direction on how to get the same for themselves. I challenged the seniors this afternoon to each be a go to person to bring about in the Senior’s Home overwhelming contentment, peace, love and JOY and to have fun doing it, with or without a love hat! Yes, I wore the love hat at both services. It draws out smiles and giggles as it shouts out love and JOY!
